Hearthstone completes trio of new hires with the appointment of Lydia Minto
Hearthstone Investments has appointed Lydia Minto as Asset Manager.
Lydia brings 10 years' experience in residential asset management. Prior to joining Hearthstone, she worked at Knight Frank, where she oversaw onshore and offshore portfolios. Lydia is experienced in providing advice and guidance on marketing and leasing strategies, and refurbishment projects. She also focuses on the launching of new assets, to ensure portfolios reach their maximum occupancy and rental income. She is a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Across a range of funds and segregated mandates Hearthstone Investments manages a portfolio of over 1,400 income producing homes spread over 100 locations such as Aberdeen, Newcastle upon Tyne, Preston, Nottingham, Cardiff, Exeter or Colchester. Following the launch of a new fund as well as a segregated mandate, this asset management role ensures the growing portfolio of properties continues to be well maintained and residents benefit from a professional service.
This appointment follows the recent appointments of Jamie Jago as Non-Executive Director and Andrea Antonioni, Institutional Business Development.
